At Robin Events, we take away all the stress of running conferences in-house. We plan, style and coordinate your event. From the first initial consultation to the executing your event on the day. We are a hands-on team who pride ourselves in being involved from beginning to end. 

 How It Works

  • In our initial meeting we discuss your vision, your why, and get to know you (and your company). We want to hear the heart behind the event. 

  •  All this information is used to create a concept/design for you that brings your vision to life. This is then fine-tuned, making sure all your expectations are met. 

  •  Once signed off has occurred the outworking and contacting of vendors begins ensuring your event runs smoothly from start to finish.

  •  As your event date approached, all the loose ends are tied up. The run sheets are developed, along with any last-minute changes, and contacting all vendors for bump in and bump out times. Sending out of itineraries to guest and speakers, liaising with hotels for gift baskets and the list goes on.

  • When it’s event time, we set up, making sure that every t is crossed and every i is dotted. We run your event from start to finish, taking away the stress and allowing you to engage and enjoy your event.
